We have several transport agencies, all of them selected by the characteristics of the packages of your order and the delivery address.

The shipping agency selection is made automatically according to the type of products in your order and the delivery address.

This assignment system cannot be changed, as not all packages are accepted by all carriers.

Nor can we assure you that your shipment will be sent by a specific carrier without knowing the complete shipping address and all the products in your order.

All shipments of orders in our online store are contracted with the door-to-door express service.

The door to door service includes the transport of your order to the door of your home. The contract of this service, does not include neither the ascent to the floor of the packages nor the assembly.
