We have several transport agencies, all of which are selected by the characteristics of the packages of your order and the delivery address.
During the order completion process, the transport agency will be shown to you in the Transport section.
The selection of transport agency is automatically carried out according to the types of products in your order and the delivery address.
Changing this allocation system is not possible because not all packages are accepted by all companies.
We can't assure you that your shipment will go through a specific company without knowing the full shipping address and all the products in your order.
All shipments to our online store are contracted with the urgent door-to-door service.
The door-to-door service includes delivery to the portal of your home. Uploading the packages to the plant or assembly is not included in the contract for this service.
If you are interested in contracting the service of going up to the floor for your order, please contact the contact email of our store to know the additional costs.
At this time, we do not have a supplementary assembly service.

For orders in locations and countries with a customs process outside the free trade system of the European Union, you should contact our customer service department to receive all the specific information for each location or country.
- The withdrawal request must be made within a period of 60 days from the date of delivery.
- The product needs to be returned in its original packaging. If the product is not returned in its original packaging, 30% of the price will not be refunded.
- To return a product, it must be in perfect condition, unassembled and with all its accessories.
- If the product is damaged, it will give us the right to refuse the refund or to make a partial refund.
- The withdrawal implies that Nest Dream will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. The refund will be made through the payment method used in the order.
- In order to withdraw funds, the client must complete the withdrawal form provided by the customer service department.
We will assume the return costs, but please keep in mind that both the shipment of the product and the return have a significant environmental impact.
