Before purchasing a marketed item, the user must ensure that it is suitable for the intended use. The user is responsible for following and following the safety instructions and recommendations below.

Nest Dream recommends fixing and/or securing the furniture in order to avoid possible damage. This is because serious or fatal injuries can occur if the piece of furniture overturns. In order to prevent tipping, it must be permanently attached to the wall with the necessary fixing devices and hardware, depending on the type of wall. 

It is important to take certain precautions even after assembly:

- You should not place a television or any other heavy object on top of a chest of drawers or other furniture that has not been designed for that purpose.

- Heavy objects should be placed in the bottom drawer.

- Keep children away from climbing or hanging onto drawers, doors or shelves.

- You should check the stability of the furniture.

- Please avoid allowing children to climb on the furniture and open more than one drawer at a time.

- Install a device that will fix the furniture to the wall. Make sure you do the same with any appliances you put on it.

Nest Dream is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses caused by not following the above recommendations.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase at Nest Dream SLU.

For the order to be considered valid, the customer must meet the following requirements:

1- Register in our store.

2- Fill in and check all the information needed to create the user account.

3- Make sure that the product, the finish, and the units are what you want.

4- Make sure you have completed all the necessary data and checked them, both for the billing address and the shipping address.

The client will be responsible for any problems generated by an error in the previous list, and if the error results in any expense, the client will be responsible.

Nest Dream intends to ensure the availability of all products advertised within our online store or social networks.

The customer will be informed within 24/48 hours if the requested product is not available or out of stock.

If the product is not in stock at the time of placing the order, it will be reserved in order to provide it to the customer as soon as possible.

If the product is not available, and the consumer has been informed of this, Nest Dream may supply a similar product without a price increase. In this case, the consumer may accept or reject it, exercising their right of withdrawal and termination.

The refund will be made within 15 calendar days if the customer rejects replacement products or if the order is unavailable.

The products will be delivered to the address specified in the order.

The shipments of our products are shipped through different transport companies depending on the size of the package and the country of shipment.


The contract shipping service is an urgent door-to-door service with which the transport provider is not required to carry the products up the customer's stairs or to bring the products into the home.

Furthermore, the transport provider is not obliged to carry out the assembly of the products.

Delivery by carrier:

As soon as the consumer takes possession of the goods, the risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer.

It is the customer's responsibility to notify any visible damage on the delivery note, both in the packaging and inside the products.

Therefore, it is important:

- You should not sign the delivery note until you have reviewed the status of the packages and, if possible, the status of the merchandise.

- Avoid giving in to the pressure of the delivery people and take the time to examine your merchandise.

If, at the time of inspection, you believe that the merchandise does not conform to the order or that it has suffered damage during transport, you have the right to reject the merchandise by indicating your explicit reservations on the delivery note.

The delivery time is specified in the product file.

The delivery time depends on the transport company and the country of shipment.

The shipping section of the purchase process indicates the estimated delivery time of the transport provider once the merchandise is delivered.

Delivery time is always specified in business days, with weekends and holidays being excluded.

PayPal will authorize the payment of the order, but no money will be withdrawn until PayPal verifies that it is correct. 

For this, it will be essential to have a PayPal account.

Paypal's installment payment service is limited by the country of the user's account and their credit credibility.

The Alma payment method is a financed payment method, which is assigned to the client according to their credit credibility. It is entirely the responsibility of Alma to assign credit to the client.

The order will not be valid when ordering via bank transfer until the money is credited to our account.

When the customers request it, the invoices for the purchases will only be sent by email. 

They will also be available in the customer portal's "My invoices" section.

The availability of invoices can take between 24 and 72 hours.

According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to withdraw from the contract for a maximum period of 60 calendar days, without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of November 16, which approves the aforementioned text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, respectively.


The withdrawal of orders already sent due to being received with damage or with the wrong product will be categorized as a formal return and must comply with all the points mentioned in the return conditions present above.

Return conditions:

  1. The withdrawal request must be made within a period of 60 days from the date of delivery.
  2. The product needs to be returned in its original packaging. If the product is not returned in its original packaging, 30% of the price will not be refunded.
  3. To return a product, it must be in perfect condition, unassembled and with all its accessories.
  4. If the product is damaged, it will give us the right to refuse the refund or to make a partial refund.
  5. The withdrawal implies that Nest Dream will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. The refund will be made through the payment method used in the order.
  6. In order to withdraw funds, the client must complete the withdrawal form provided by the customer service department.

We will assume the return costs, but please keep in mind that both the shipment of the product and the return have a significant environmental impact.

Recommendations before buying:

  1. Review all product specifications.
  2. Review all the images on the product sheet.
  3. Review the image with the product measurements.
  4. Measure the area where you intend to use the furniture.

All products are guaranteed for a period of five years from the date of purchase:

The guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage to the product caused by the use of the product in a way that is not intended.
  • Damage caused by a defective installation of the product.
  • The modification of the articles.
  • Damages due to external factors
  • Wear caused by use of the product.

External factors are not covered: atmospheric phenomena, fire, water, use of the product in a strange way, falls or use incorrectly.

Warranty claims will be sent to technical support and may take up to 72 hours to respond.

How can I exercise my right of withdrawal?

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within a maximum period of 60 days of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement, complementing the withdrawal model document that the customer service department will provide.

You must contact us directly through the email or through the contact page.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise of this right is sent before the expiration of 60 days from the receipt of the merchandise.

Consequences of withdrawal include:

In case of a withdrawal from your part, we will return all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs generated by the return) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 15 calendar days from the date of the withdrawal. Unless you provide otherwise, we will refund you using the same method of payment you used for the initial transaction. You will not have any expenses as a result of the refund. We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods and verify their authenticity. In any case, you must return it to us and deliver it to our transport company in the original packaging and in perfect condition, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision. You will be considered to have fulfilled the term if you return the goods before the term has expired. You should be aware that you will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. If you handle the goods in a way that is different from what we use, like using materials we don't use, putting them in a wrong place, or trying to put them together wrong, you are responsible for the decrease in value of the goods.
