Once inside our store, and to access the contracting of the different products, the user must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchase process, which will involve the reading and acceptance of all the general and particular conditions set out in this document.

REMARKS

The offers presented by Nest Dream are valid within the limit of available stocks. Nest Dream reserves the right to modify the assortment of its products according to the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.

The product purchased may undergo, due to the manufacturer's availability, non-substantial modifications to the components, characteristics or performance of the batch of the product, provided that they do not detract from the qualities and performance advertised.

From Nest Dream we recommend to fix and/or secure the furniture to avoid possible damages due to the fact that serious or fatal injuries can occur if a piece of furniture overturns. To prevent it from tipping over, it must be permanently fixed to the wall with the necessary fastening devices and hardware depending on the type of wall. Certain precautions must be observed even after installation:

- Do not place a television or any other heavy object on top of a chest of drawers or other furniture that has not been designed for this purpose.

- Place heavy objects in the drawers below.

- Do not let children climb or hang on drawers, doors or shelves.

- Check furniture for stability.

- Do not allow children to climb on furniture and open more than one drawer at a time.

- Install devices that secure the furniture to the wall. Do the same with appliances you place on it.

Nest Dream is not responsible for any injury, damage or harm caused by failure to follow the above recommendations.

For any purchase within Nest Dream SLU the customer must be of legal age.

For the order to be considered valid, the customer must:

1- Register within our store.

2- Complete and verify all the necessary data for the creation of the user account.

3- Check that the product, the finish and the units are the ones he/she wants.

4- Complete all the necessary data and verify them, both for the billing and shipping address.

Any problem generated by an error in the points of the previous list will be totally responsibility of the client and if that error entails any expense, the client will have to take charge.

Nest Dream aims to guarantee the availability of all products that are advertised within our online store or social networks.

However, in the event that any requested product is not available or if it is out of stock, the customer will be informed within 24/48 hours of placing the order.

If the product is not in stock at the time the order is placed, the product will be reserved, to be provided to the customer as soon as possible.

If the product is not available, and the consumer has been informed of this, Nest Dream may provide a product of similar characteristics without price increase, in which case, the consumer may accept or reject it by exercising his right of withdrawal and termination of the contract.

In case of unavailability of all or part of the order, and the rejection of replacement products by the customer, the refund previously paid, will be made within 15 calendar days.

The products will be delivered to the address detailed by the customer in the order.

The shipments of our products are made through different transport companies, depending on the size of the package and the country of shipment.

NOTICE

The contracted shipping service is the door-to-door express service, which means that the transport provider is not obliged to carry the products up the customer's stairs, nor to bring the products inside the customer's home.

The transport provider is also not obliged to assemble the products.

Delivery by the carrier:

As soon as the consumer takes possession of the goods, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to him.

It is the customer's responsibility to report on the delivery note any visible damage, both to the packaging and to the interior of the products.

Therefore, it is important:

- Do not sign the delivery note until you have checked the condition of the packages and if possible, the condition of the goods.

- Do not give in to pressure from the deliverymen, take the time to examine your goods.

If, at the time of inspection of the goods, you perceive that they do not conform to the order or that they have been damaged during transport, you have the possibility to reject the goods by indicating your explicit reservations on the delivery note (a mandatory condition for making any claim for breakage or damage during transport).

The delivery time varies according to the shipping company and the country of shipment.

The delivery time shown in the shipping section of the purchase process, is the estimated delivery time of the transport provider once the goods are delivered.

If it is necessary to make any refund or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same payment card. Both personal and bank data will be protected with all the security measures established by the Organic Law of Data Protection 15/1999 and its Development Regulation with total confidentiality.

2- Paypal

Through PayPal the payment of the order will be authorized, but no money will be withdrawn until PayPal verifies that it is correct. To do so, it will be essential to have a PayPal account.

The availability of the Paypal installment payment service is limited depending on the country of the user's account and its creditworthiness

All Nest Dream SLU customer invoices will be sent via email upon customer request.

They will also be provided in the "My Invoices" section of the customer portal.

Invoices may take between 24 hours and 72 hours to be available.

According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to withdraw from the contract for a maximum period of 60 calendar days, without stating the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of November 16, which approves the text referred to in the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

NOTICE

The withdrawal of orders already shipped for being received with damage or with the wrong product will be categorized as formal returns and must comply with all the points discussed in the return conditions present here below.

Return conditions:

  1. The request for withdrawal must be notified within 60 days after delivery of the package.
  2. The product must be returned in its original packaging. If the product does not arrive in its original packaging, 30% will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
  3. In order to return a product, it is essential that the product is in perfect condition, disassembled, with all its accessories.
  4. If the product is damaged, we will be entitled to refuse the refund or to make a partial refund.
  5. The withdrawal implies that Nest Dream will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, the refund will be made by the method of payment used in the order.
  6. For the withdrawal, the customer must complete the withdrawal document provided by the customer service department.

We will assume the costs of return, but please note that both the shipping of the product and the return have a great environmental impact.

"Taking care of the environment is everyone's business, make sure before you buy, that it really is the product you need."

Recommendations before buying:

  1. Read all product specifications.
  2. Review all the images on the product sheet.
  3. Review the image of the product measurements.
  4. Measure the place where we are going to put the product.

All products are guaranteed for 5 years from the date of receipt of the order.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse of the product
  • Damage caused by improper installation of the product
  • Modification of the articles
  • Damage caused by external factors
  • Wear and tear caused by the use of the product

External factors not covered: atmospheric phenomena, fire, water, abnormal use of the product, accidental drops or misuse.

All warranty claims will be sent to technical service and may take up to 72 hours to provide a response.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal:

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us within a maximum period of 60 days of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement, complementing the model withdrawal document that will be provided to you in the customer service department.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise by you of this right is sent before the expiry of 60 days from receipt of the goods.

Consequences of withdrawal:

In case of withdrawal, on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of additional costs generated by the return) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 15 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you provide otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the goods and check them.
You must return the goods to us and hand them over to our transport company in their original packaging and in perfect condition, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the end of this period. We remind you that you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, such as packaging with materials not used by us, improper use prior to return or attempted assembly or incorrect handling that may affect the characteristics and functioning of the goods.
