Out of 4 chairs, one is not the same color. In addition, we asked for transparent, not smoked black, and one is green.

The chair wobbles

The chair wobbles. The seat shell wobbles on the base frame. The swivel mechanism jerks. The cushion is too firm or too high. Fabric ok.

The products and their prices are really excellent, nothing to complain about. On the other hand, communication and internal organization are a very weak point. Messages are read by different people who don't seem to communicate with each other, which leads to rather complicated situations. And I still haven't received the right invoice...
