- Faulty online procedure (access to my account impossible due to repeated password failures even after reactivations, payment by credit card repeatedly failing and ending with a bank transfer)
- Delivery tracking far too weak (impossible to obtain a delivery date right up to the end, making it impossible to guarantee a presence for the reception)
- Excellent responsiveness of customer service, alerted several times by email.

First order received late but stools as described. Second order received very quickly with tracking link: Super. However, one of the two stools has a defect... Action in progress with Sav not yet resolved.
